Types of 3D printing available

  • FDM Printing

    Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is a 3D printing technology that uses a thermoplastic filament, melted by a heated nozzle, and deposited layer by layer to create a 3D object. It starts with a digital model, sliced into layers, and printed from bottom up.

  • SLS / MJF Printing

    Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is a 3D printing technology that uses a laser to fuse powdered materials, layer by layer, to create a solid object. The laser selectively melts and fuses the material based on the design specifications.

  • SLA Printing

    Stereolithography (SLA) is a 3D printing technology that uses a UV laser to cure a liquid resin, layer by layer, to create a solid object. The laser hardens the resin where it touches, and the build platform is lowered for each layer.
