The best way for us to understand how we can best help you is to have a chat.

Whether by phone or email, reach out using your preferred contact method and we’ll provide an obligation free consult about how to proceed with your project or print.

Step 2

Same-day response

After you initially reach out, we’ll get back to you within the business day to discuss further details or provide a free quote for completing the work we’ve discussed.

At this stage, we’ll clarify any particulars of your project and make recommendations where relevant.

Step 3

Job execution

Now that we’ve got all the details needed to complete your request, we’ll get started on your 3D print or design job.

If your job requires design work, we’ll start by creating a draft that we’ll firm up in the next step.

Step 4

Checks and balances

At this stage, we’ll work with you to check and confirm any changes to your design and/or print job, to ensure we get your project right every time.

For design work, we’ll provide drafts for comments and ask for any revisions to the design (all included in the original scope of work).

Step 5

Job delivery

Job done! Once we’ve confirmed that you’re happy with the output, we’ll prepare your job for delivery.

We offer a number of delivery methods that can be discussed, including pick-up and express options for urgent jobs.

  • Of course, turnarounds depend on the size of your project. However, we can generally turn around any regular job within 5 business days and get it shipped out to you.

    If you need your order quick, see our FAQ below about express shipping.

  • We’ll be as transparent with pricing as possible and will quote on the job as we understand it at the start.

    If major changes to your job are required midway through the process, we’ll reach out to discuss any additional charges.

  • We sure do! We can expedite both the printing and shipping processes, so feel free to ask this of us when we chat. We’ll provide a quote for express shipping and expedited design & print services.

  • We work with a wide range of materials and colours, and can order in just about any standard 3D printing material or colour that you need.

    If you need a specific material or colour, feel free to ask and we’ll let you know if it’s in stock.
